Your booking is now confirmed.  You will receive an email and text message with your appointment details and instructions on managing your appointment. Please note that an arrival window is shown in your booking confirmation.  Cleaners will arrive within the arrival window.

Our team will text you when they are on their way and when the cleaning is completed.  We rigorously clean your home based on the selected service. Our cleaners always uphold the best quality.

Give Feedback

After your cleaning, you will receive an email where you can submit a review in just one click.

If there were any problems with you service, let us know and we will make it right.

Need To Reschedule?

We understand that schedules may change.  Rescheduling your clean is simple and easy.  All you need to do it to click on the link in your booking confirmation email to reschedule in our online portal.  We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule.  Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% cancellation charge.
